What this policy covers, and which law applies to your visit
Monaco is not a member of the European Union. The site is operated from the Principality, where personal data is governed by Loi n° 1.565 of 3 December 2024. Visitors reaching it from the EU or the EEA are covered as well by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR, and by the national rules implementing Directive 2002/58/EC on storing information on a device.
Cookies and browser storage are the whole subject here. Why data is held at all, on what basis, for how long, and what happens to an enquiry you send belongs to the privacy policy; the rules for using the site are in the terms of service. Neither page repeats the other, so that the two cannot quietly drift apart.
Nothing but the strictly necessary loads until you choose
- Consent Mode v2 starts at
denied, the default Directive 2002/58/EC requires in the EU. - Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept, never before.
- Refusing costs no functionality: access is never conditioned on acceptance (Loi n° 1.565, Art. 87).
- The choice is kept on this device and in this browser, not in any account.
- Clear your site data and the banner asks again, because the record went with it.
Everything this site stores, item by item
Six entries, and no more: the site runs no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no A/B testing, no chat widget and no affiliate tracking, so none of them appears below. Two cells in every row, the exact name and the exact lifetime, are read off the deployed site instead of off a vendor's documentation, and until that check they say so.

What this site stores, and when. Every name and lifetime cell is checked against the deployed site in a browser's developer tools before launch, and the date of that check replaces this sentence.
How to change or withdraw your consent
1. Open Cookie settings in the footer, which sits on every page of this site. The banner you saw on your first visit opens again, with your current choice already showing.
2. Choose reject, then save. The consent record is rewritten, and neither Google Analytics 4 nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded on the next page you open.
3. Delete the cookies that were already set. Withdrawal stops new ones being written, it does not remove old ones: that happens in your browser settings, per browser and per device.
4. Write to [email protected], or use the contact page, if either step does not behave as described. Taking consent back has to be as easy as giving it, and if it is not here, we want to hear about it.
Who receives data from your visit, and where it goes
Google, for Google Analytics 4. Sees the pages you open, your approximate location from your IP address, your device and your browser. Acts as our processor under its own description of Google cookies. Processing happens outside Monaco.
Microsoft, for Clarity. Receives a replay of your session: pages, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, which is how a confusing page gets found. Our processor, under Microsoft's privacy statement. Also outside Monaco.
Cloudflare, the host and the form captcha. Sees your IP address and your request headers on every visit, accepted or refused, and runs the Turnstile check where a form exists. Our processor, on servers outside Monaco.
Ahrefs, if measurement is switched on. Counts page views with no cookie and nothing kept on your device, which is why it sits outside the banner rather than behind it. Our processor, outside Monaco.
Nothing here is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising, because the site runs no advertising at all. What happens to an enquiry you actually send us is set out in the privacy policy.
Your choices, your rights, and who to ask
Loi n° 1.565 gives you rights over the data behind the entries above, and the GDPR gives EU and EEA visitors the same ones. The detail, including retention and legal basis, sits in the privacy policy. One route handles all of them: [email protected], or the contact page.
A browser "do not track" signal is not an answer to the banner: it is read as neither consent nor refusal, so the choice is still made here. Loi n° 1.565 Art. 37 creates an independent Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles, and Arts. 11 and 12 give you a right to complain to it; its contact details go here once they have been checked against an official page. When a row of the table changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, in the same commit.
