What to put in your message
- The activity you intend to carry on: the authorisation is granted for that activity.
- Which form you have in mind, if any: compare the Monegasque company forms.
- Who the partners and the gérant (manager) are, and where they live.
- Whether you have premises in view, or need the lawful formulas explained.
- What has already been filed, signed or paid, and by whom.

We answer in writing: what your file would have to carry, what the description is missing, and which questions only the Direction du Développement Économique can settle.

If it becomes a file
A file starts with the longer questionnaire, so open a file with the full questionnaire whenever you are ready. Nothing is filed with any Monegasque authority until you say so. Much of what a first reply repeats is already written out in the guides. ---

What we do with your message
Your message and the address you write from are used to answer you and to prepare your file. It is not sold, and not shared outside that work.
Monaco's statute is Loi n° 1.565 of 3 December 2024; the GDPR covers visitors writing from the European Union. What is kept, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
